My Girlfriend Saved My Number as “Dad” on Her Phone
Recently, I discovered that my girlfriend has been cheating on me. One day, I noticed she had saved my number as “Dad” on her phone. Surprisingly, I didn’t bother to ask her why she did that.
Last week, I tried calling her several times, but she never picked up. Then, on Sunday, I received a call from an unfamiliar number. I decided to answer, and to my shock, it was a guy who introduced himself as Kelvin.
He called me “Dad” and confessed that he’s in love with my daughter. Thinking quickly, I asked him which of my daughters he was talking about since I have more than one. He said, “Choma.” The problem is, Choma isn’t my daughter—she’s my girlfriend.
I kept my cool and asked him if he was currently with Choma. He said yes and explained that he had gotten my number from her room without her knowledge because he wanted to surprise me. Kelvin then asked if I had received a credit alert of 550,000 Kenyan shillings that he had sent to my account.
Curious, I quickly checked my phone and confirmed the transaction. I told him I had received it, and he replied that the money was for my “pocket money.” He also mentioned that he was planning to visit me soon. Before ending the call, Kelvin wished me well and promised to send more money in the future.
