I’ve been pregnant for three years now. I recently found out who is responsible for my condition, which has left me half-dead. Don’t call this a story or a movie—it’s a true-life experience.
My husband and I have tried everything, but nothing seemed to work. The pain I feel at night is unbearable. The bad dreams and the constant presence of ghosts haunt me every single night. My husband has been supportive, taking me to different places in search of solutions. He has been encouraging and patient, but I started feeling like a burden to him.
When my pregnancy clocked three years, I began bleeding continuously for a whole year. The bleeding caused a foul smell that made me tired of living, but my husband’s encouragement kept me going.
On the 23rd of March, 2024, my husband took me to a church recommended by one of his friends. Initially, I refused to go because we had been moving from one church to another with no solution. However, he persuaded me, and we finally arrived at the church.
The Prophet called my husband and asked him, “What did your innocent wife do to you? Why have you decided to make her life a living hell?” My husband looked shocked, and before he could respond, the Prophet slapped him. Suddenly, my husband started shouting.
I was confused, afraid, and lost all at once. After a few minutes, the Prophet demanded that my husband answer his questions. My husband then confessed that he was responsible for my three-year pregnancy, my year-long non-stop bleeding, and even the death of my parents.
“Why did you do this?” the Prophet asked. My husband replied, “When I was growing up, my dad was wealthy, but her father duped him. My dad had a stroke and eventually died. We became so poor that we had to move to the village. My mom fell ill, and we couldn’t afford her treatment. She also died, leaving me to suffer alone.”
He continued, “Her father duped my dad and used the money to send her abroad for studies. I swore to make their family pay. So, I decided to marry his daughter and ruin her life. The first thing I did was kill her parents. Then, I found a way to get close to her when she returned from abroad. I am a ritualist, and I have been using her for money rituals. I already have a wife and kids in Abuja whom I love and care for. She is not my wife.”
Hearing this, I couldn’t believe my ears. To cut the story short, I refused to go home with him. I stayed back at the church, and the next day, I went into labor.
Guess what? I gave birth to three big rats.
That was the day I realized the power of God. Since that moment, I have hated myself and everything about my life. I wish I could die and forget everything. I had dreams of a bright future, but a fake marriage ruined it all.
Is it my fault? Did I deserve this? How can I move forward from this?
Guys, this is a very touching story. Please drop your thoughts in the comment section.
