Former Aviation Minister Femi Fani-Kayode has fired a stern warning to any foreign power considering military action in Nigeria, following U.S. President Donald Trump’s reported instruction to prepare for intervention over alleged Christian persecution.
Taking to social media, Fani-Kayode condemned what he called double standards and foreign intimidation, declaring:
“They are evil, and if he carries out his abominable threat, there will be war. We shall not leave the country but will fight it out with them.”
He further emphasized Nigeria’s spiritual resilience, stating,
“We may not have their weapons or money, but we have God. President Trump will not survive the wrath of the God of Nigeria.”
Fani-Kayode’s comments blend patriotic defiance with religious conviction, underscoring his belief in divine protection over material strength.
