A Nigerian man has triggered plenty conversations online after saying that people from poor backgrounds need to be strategic about marriage. According to him, love by itself is not enough to build a stable home when both partners are still struggling.
In his words, two blind people cannot lead each other. If you’re still trying to rise financially and you marry someone who is also trying to survive, life can quickly become frustrating. He said when poverty enters a marriage, even love begins to shake.
