

A Federal High Court in Jos, Plateau State, has convicted two defendants for recruiting a person under 18 for prostitution, facilitating foreign travel to promote prostitution, and conspiring to facilitate such travel.
The case was presided over by Hon. Justice D.V. Agushi, and the offences were found to be in violation of Sections 16, 18, and 27 of the Trafficking in Persons (Prohibition) Enforcement and Administration Act, 2015.
