Apostle Johnson Suleman has urged individuals to consider how their behavior affects others, cautioning that negative actions can unfairly impact families, communities, and even entire tribes. His comments were shared during a recent sermon.
Suleman explained that the way one person treats others can influence how whole groups are perceived. “Are you aware that when you do some things to people, you shut the doors for others?” he asked. He stressed that many people suffer rejection or prejudice due to the misconduct of others, not their own actions.
“Don’t be a man that people hate the tribe because of him,” Suleman added. “There are people who, when they hear a certain tribe today, don’t want to be associated with them, not because the tribe offended them, but because a few individuals from that tribe have dealt with them poorly.”
The cleric encouraged believers to live responsibly, represent their faith and communities with integrity, and understand that every action leaves a lasting impression.
