Regina Daniels Reportedly Test Positive To Cocaine, Other Hard Drug As Medical Reports Emerge

Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, estranged wife of Senator Ned Nwoko, has reportedly been receiving medical support for substance use challenges, according to a recent report. The development comes amid ongoing public discussions about her personal and marital life.

The Serenity Royale Hospital in Abuja issued a report signed by its Managing Director and Head of Clinical Services, Dr. Adekunle Adesina. The document outlines that Daniels has been undergoing a structured detoxification programme from September 9 to October 15, 2025, to address issues related to substance use.

The report detailed that on September 23, the hospital’s psychological emergency unit attended to Daniels at Nwoko’s residence after she reportedly had not slept for 48 hours and displayed aggressive behaviour. The medical team described her presentation as involving verbal aggression, agitation, and fluctuating moods.

The hospital also noted challenges that impacted the detox process, including frequent social engagements, continued access to individuals using substances, and work-related commitments, which complicated her progress. Additionally, she was reported to have experienced superficial thrombophlebitis, an inflammation of the veins.

Authorities and medical professionals continue to monitor her progress, ensuring that the treatment plan prioritizes her health and safety. Further updates, interviews, and medical insights regarding rehabilitation and wellness in the entertainment industry are available on Newshost Buzz.
