A 20-year-old man, Haruna Haruna, has d!ed after a fight broke out during a naming ceremony in Kwata Village, Warji Local Government Area of Bauchi State.
Zagazola Makama, a security expert disclosed this on Thursday, Dec. 4.
In a statement on X, Zagazola said that the incident occurred on Tuesday, Dec. 2, when an argument among some youths reportedly degenerated into a violent fight that left Haruna unconscious.
He wrote, “A 20-year-old man, Haruna Haruna of Kwata Village, Warji Local Government Area, Bauchi State, has reportedly d!ed following a violent altercation during a naming ceremony on 2 December 2025.
“Zagazola understands that a misunderstanding among some youths at the ceremony escalated into a physical fight, leaving the victim in a comatose state.”
Haruna was said to have been rushed to the General Hospital, Warji, but d!ed while receiving treatment.
