“If You Drag Me On The Internet, I Kpai You” — Odumeje Issues Chilling Warning To Critics

Controversial Nigerian clergyman, Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, popularly known as Odumeje, has sparked intense reactions online after releasing a fierce warning to social media critics.

The self-styled prophet, known for his dramatic sermons and bold declarations, cautioned that anyone who attempts to ridicule or “drag” him online will allegedly face severe spiritual consequences.

Addressing his congregation in a recent gathering, Odumeje boasted about the extraordinary spiritual authority he believes he carries. He noted that since 1996, people have consistently returned to seek his help, a pattern he claims proves the authenticity of his powers. According to the cleric, no spiritual figure in Nigeria or beyond performs miracles with his level of accuracy or divine backing. He insists that critics only challenge him because they underestimate the magnitude of his spiritual influence.

“If I don’t have power none of you would come here. Since 1996, if you leave, you return. You don’t have a choice. Is there anyone who does miracle like I do?” he declared confidently, drawing loud reactions from his audience.

Odumeje emphasized that he does not engage in online arguments or social media back-and-forth. Instead, he handles digital confrontations using spiritual means. Issuing a direct threat, he said, “Nobody drags me, if you drag me on the internet I kpai you. I’m not even going to drag with you, I’ll just carry your profile and go to bed then start dealing with you.”

The clergyman went on to make an even more shocking claim about possessing a spiritual storage chamber where he keeps ailments he removes from people. According to him, if anyone provokes him, he selects an affliction from this “storehouse” and assigns it to the offender. In his words: “All the sickness I remove, I keep them in a store house. If you trouble me, I’ll go and check for the one that will fit you so that your body will calm down.”

His statements have triggered widespread debate online, with many questioning the ethics and theology behind such threats, while others see it as typical Odumeje drama.
