A Nigerian Lady took to social media to cry for help after she was arrested over money owed by a friend.
In a series of posts on X, the lady with the handle @zeallonaire said a while back, a friend of hers was arrested over an unpaid debt. She said she got involved, stood as a surety for her friend and even paid the N30, 000 bail for her release.
The X-user said to her surprise, she got arrested over the said debt even though the date set for the repayment of debt had not yet come. She mentioned that her friend in question is out of town.
The spokesperson of the Delta state police command, SP Bright Edafe, has weighed into the incident with a view of getting her out of custody.
