Army Arrests Bandit ‘Sule Yellow’ Who Flaunted Kidnap Proceeds On TikTok

Nigerian Army has arrested a man identified as Sule Yellow, a suspected bandit who gained attention online after allegedly flaunting kidnapping activities and ransom payments during TikTok livestreams.

Sule Yellow first came into the spotlight after a TikTok broadcast on March 4 went viral.

In the video, he appeared alongside another suspected bandit known as Auta and several other members of their group.

During the livestream, the men openly discussed their operations and bragged about kidnapping victims for ransom.

A separate video now circulating on X shows Sule Yellow in handcuffs while surrounded by soldiers who were questioning him about weapons believed to belong to the gang.

The video also showed security personnel presenting a nylon bag that reportedly contained money suspected to be ransom from a kidnapping linked to the group.

At the time of filing this report, authorities have not issued a statement providing full details about the circumstances surrounding his arrest.
