US missionary, Alex Barbir, has responded to former Presidential aide, Bashir Ahmad and Islamic cleric, Sheik Gumi, who on Monday, March 30, called for him to be investigated over his comments about the k!llings in Jos.
Alex in a video shared online, called out President Tinubu for doing nothing about the k!llings in the North while denying claims of a Christian Genocide.
Bashir, in reaction, accused him of spreading division among Nigerians and called on security agents to investigate and apprehend him. Islamic cleric, Sheik Gumi, also accused Alex of being a CIA agent spreading hate in Plateau state, Gumi asked that Alex be held accountable for his words and actions.
Well, Alex has now responded to him. In an interview after visiting the morgue to see the corpse of those k!lled in the fresh attack in Jos, he said;
‘’Gumi is posting about me. Bashir is posting about me. When have they condemned the k!llings. The haven’t talked about me rebuilding villages, they haven’t talked bout me drilling boreholes but when I speak out against pure ev!l and terror where innocent people are slaughtered, then all of a sudden Gumi comes from his grave. I am happy to have angered Gumi because I will speak for truth no matter what you say”
