A stepfather in Oklahoma, United States has pled guilty to s3xually abusing his 11-year-old stepdaughter and impregnating her, all while refusing to get the child medical care.
Dustin Walker, 34, and his wife, Cherie Walker, 34, were arrested after they brought their 11-year-old daughter (Dustin’s stepdaughter) to the hospital after she gave birth in August 2025, as reported by Fox 23.
The Walkers were initially only charged with child neglect, but a DNA test determined that Dustin was the father of the child, prompting Dustin to be charged with s3xual abuse of a child under 12 and Cherie to be charged with enabling child s3xual abuse.
PEOPLE reported that authorities learned the victim had not been taken to a medical professional for roughly a year by the time she was brought to the hospital.
The parents claimed they did not know the child was pregnant.
Dustin Walker pled guilty to felony sexual abuse of a child under 12 and six felony counts of child neglect on March 26, 2026.
