A 28 year-old man was fatally stabbed by his wife at their home in Emgwen, Nandi County.
The police believe that the death may have involved a love triangle between the two young couple.
According to police reports, the tragic event took place on the morning of August 9, 2025, at approximately 3 am.
The man’s lifeless body was discovered lying in a pool of blood on the bed, with multiple stab wounds on the left side of his ribs.
In a statement to K24 Digital, Nandi Central Police Commander Silas Kiogora confirmed the incident.
The police boss indicated that the victim, who was a boda boda rider, succumbed to his injuries on the spot.
The main suspect, his wife, reportedly fled the scene immediately following the attack.
