Activist Harrison Gwamnishu has shared a chilling video showing the moment police officers in Delta state executed a suspected criminal on the road in broad daylight.
In the video, the suspect whose two hands were tied and made to sit on the floor, could be heard crying and denying any knowledge of the said crime he was accused of committing. The suspect who was weeping said he would tell the police everything he knows.
‘’It is my friend that deceived me. He is in Sapele. I would carry you to his house, I do not know anything. I will take you to where he is. Officer please!”
It was at this point the officer shot him at close range and he d!ed instantly.
Reacting to the video, Harrison said
‘’Like serious! In Delta state? Has it gotten to this level?”
He wrote that the video is 100% true and challenged the police to deny it. He stated that the officers k!;lled the suspect as part of a coverup.
The video showed that the patrol vehicle used by the officers was from Effurun command, Uvwie.
