Singer Chike has sparked online reactions after a viral audio clip surfaced from a private conversation involving Sandra Edoho, ex-wife of TV personality Frank Edoho, with whom he is allegedly linked romantically.
In the recording, Chike is heard expressing concern that the alleged affair with a married woman could negatively affect his public image and music career.
Sandra Edoho, who is identified in the conversation, is heard reassuring him, saying that while online backlash and blog coverage may be intense, it does not necessarily translate into long-term damage to a career.
To strengthen her point, she referenced a past professional experience involving media personality Toke Makinwa, explaining how a previous online controversy around a project she worked on initially created negative perception but eventually led to unexpected business opportunities and high-value clients discovering her work.
She further encouraged Chike not to panic over public reactions, insisting that controversies often fade with time and do not define a person’s future, especially when they remain focused on their craft.
