Ayodele: Tinubu, Our Soldiers Have Families, Don’t Let Them Put Their Young Ladies To Be A Widow

Primate Elijah Ayodele has called on President Bola Tinubu and Nigerian authorities to take urgent action to restore peace in the country, warning that ongoing insecurity could disrupt the upcoming elections. Speaking during a prophetic session shared on Facebook, the cleric emphasized that the safety of citizens and military personnel must be prioritized.

“We need peace. If there’s no peace, there will be no election,” Ayodele declared, noting that the current security situation is severe enough to potentially delay the electoral calendar. He urged the federal government and security agencies to act decisively to prevent further instability.

The cleric also expressed concern for the nation’s soldiers, who continue to confront terrorists, bandits, and other criminal elements across multiple regions. “Our soldiers have families,” Ayodele said, highlighting the human cost of the ongoing crisis.

Issuing a heartfelt plea for the protection of military personnel and their loved ones, he warned, “Don’t let them put their young ladies to be a widow,” stressing the importance of safeguarding both service members and their families amid the security challenges.
