British adult content creator Bonnie Blue has been fined and handed a decade long ban from Bali following her arrest over the misuse of a vehicle linked to controversial online content.
The 26 year old, whose real name is Tia Billinger, was ordered by a court in Denpasar to pay a fine of 200,000 Indonesian rupiah, equivalent to about nine pounds, after being convicted of breaching traffic regulations. Authorities said the blue pick up truck she purchased and named the Bangbus was licensed for transporting goods but was instead used to carry people.
Billinger was arrested while touring the Indonesian holiday island in the vehicle, which prosecutors said was being used in ways that violated local laws. One of the British men involved was also cited for driving without a valid international driving licence.
Following her arrival in Bali, Billinger had posted on social media: “Hey boys, those that are going to Schoolies and to those who are barely legal, cannot wait to meet you and I’m in Bali, so you know exactly what that means.”
Schoolies is an Australian tradition where high school graduates, typically aged 18, travel to celebrate the end of their final exams, often involving heavy partying.
Billinger appeared in court alongside two British men and one Australian. She arrived at the Denpasar District Court in a white BMW SUV and sat on a wooden bench with the three men during proceedings. The court ruled that failure to pay the fine could have resulted in a jail term.
Although the fine related specifically to traffic offences, Billinger had earlier been investigated over alleged p0rn0graphy and immigration violations. Police said officers raided a property on the island and found her filming a game involving 17 male tourists.

A police spokesperson told local outlet Kumparan News: “When they were raided, they were making collab content about a game where the winner would sleep with Bonnie Blue.
“No pornographic activities or acts have been found in the collaborative content.”
Reports initially suggested the group would be allowed to leave the country, but Billinger and three others were detained for a longer period. Her spokesperson later confirmed she had been released and was cooperating with authorities.
At a press conference in Badung, police confirmed that beyond the fine, Billinger and her team would be banned from entering Indonesia for at least ten years for breaching visa conditions.
Badung Police Chief Arif Batubara said: “While in Bali, BB (Bonnie Blue) should have been travelling, but instead she was creating content.”
Immigration chief Heru Winarko added: “They will be black-listed from entering Indonesia for at least 10 years (that) could be extended.”
Indonesia enforces strict laws against the creation, distribution, or public display of pornographic material, with harsher penalties where minors are involved.
