Nollywood movie maker Stanley Ontop has taken to social media to react to Ned Nwoko’s public statement regarding his turbulent marriage with actress Regina Daniels. Ontop, known for his outspoken views on celebrity affairs, claimed that Nwoko never truly loved the actress, describing the relationship as a façade.

Hours earlier, Nwoko had accused Regina’s siblings and colleagues, including Sonia and Uche Montana, of undermining his efforts to rehabilitate the actress.

He alleged that they frequently entered his home uninvited and even brought drugs that Regina was being treated for, frustrating his attempts to help her recover.

Responding to these claims, Stanley Ontop boldly stated on his Instagram story, “Epa never loved Regina. All was a camouflage. Obi Agbawalam.”

He added that Regina Daniels should speak up for herself rather than allowing others to control her narrative, urging her to reclaim her story. Ontop further challenged Nwoko to provide details on the drugs he claimed Regina was abusing, highlighting incidents reported by Regina’s brother.

One such incident involved Sammy’s daughter being bundled out of Nwoko’s residence at around 4 a.m., alongside her mother.

Ontop questioned why Nwoko had his security remove them in the early hours, emphasizing that the account of events shared by Nwoko painted him as a man playing the victim.

Ontop did not stop there. He criticized Nwoko for allegedly using financial resources of “task players” to address personal disputes rather than supporting his constituents.

The movie maker expressed a wish that he could be in Abuja to personally protest outside the court, showing the depth of his disapproval of Nwoko’s handling of the situation.

The controversy follows weeks after Regina Daniels herself alleged she was experiencing domestic violence within her marriage.

In a viral video, the actress was seen emotionally disclosing that she does not feel like a queen in her husband’s house. Nwoko, in his public defense, attributed the marital discord to Regina’s struggles with drugs and alcohol. He also accused her of engaging in violent behavior at home, claiming she assaulted three domestic staff and damaged property.

Stanley Ontop’s intervention has amplified the conversation around the marriage, urging Nigerians to question the sincerity of Nwoko’s claims and to consider Regina’s side of the story.

He emphasized that playing the victim does not solve personal issues and that public figures must be held accountable for their actions, particularly when allegations of abuse are involved.

The feud between Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko continues to dominate social media discussions, with fans, celebrities, and observers weighing in on both sides.

Ontop’s remarks underscore the complexity of the matter and the importance of giving voice to victims, especially in high-profile marriages where public perception can often overshadow truth.

As the drama unfolds, many are calling for Regina Daniels to speak up and clarify her experiences, while others continue to debate the role of her family and colleagues in the dispute.

For now, Stanley Ontop’s statements have only intensified the scrutiny on Nwoko and reignited public interest in the high-profile couple’s marital struggles.
