Popular Skit maker, Kuye Adegoke, is the proud owner of a house in Lagos. He shared a video of himself and his wife in their new house while seemingly throwing shade at his critics.
He was trending on social media some days ago following his interview with American streamer, Ishowspeed during his visit to Nigeria. Some Nigerians felt Egungun could have done better by asking intelligent questions.
While showing off his new house, Egungun mentioned that the real respect goes to those who make things happen and not those who sit down and criticize others.
He wrote
‘’Congratulations to me and my FAMILY congratulations
It’s not the people who sit down and criticize that matter.
It’s not those who point fingers and say, “You could have done it better.”The real respect goes to the person who tries.
The one who shows up, works hard, gets tired, makes mistakes, and sometimes fails.
Because nobody can try without messing up sometimes.That person still keeps going.
They believe in something.
They give their energy to a good cause.If they succeed, great — they’ve achieved something big.
If they fail, at least they failed while trying.They will never be like those people who do nothing, say nothing, and stand aside —
