Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo has once again sparked conversations online after revealing that she is set to undergo a Lipo 360 cosmetic surgery.
In a trending video shared on social media, the mother of two called on her fans to pray for her safety and success as she prepared for the procedure. The video showed the actress dancing joyfully to gospel singer Lawrence Oyor’s song “Favour” while at the hospital.
The Lipo 360 is a popular body contouring procedure that targets stubborn fat around the abdomen, waist, back, and flanks (love handles) to achieve a more sculpted figure.
This isn’t Uche Ogbodo’s first experience with cosmetic enhancement. Earlier this year, she underwent liposuction surgery to improve her body shape. According to her, the previous procedure had a positive effect on her mental health and self-esteem, especially after marriage and childbirth.
However, her latest announcement has triggered a mix of support, criticism, and mockery among social media users. While some fans prayed for her, others condemned her decision and questioned the rising trend of plastic surgeries among Nigerian celebrities.
