A primary school teacher has voiced frustration over what she describes as a worrying trend of parents sending sick children to school.
According to her, several pupils have recently shown up visibly unwell — vomiting, weak, and in some cases too ill to stand on their own. When questioned, the children reportedly admitted they had been sick from home and that their parents were aware but still insisted they attend school.
The teacher stressed that schools are not hospitals and, in many cases, lack sick bays or medical personnel. She also pointed out that teachers are not permitted to administer medication, leaving them limited in how they can help unwell students.
She urged parents to keep sick children at home to ensure proper care and to prevent the spread of illness to other pupils.
