A woman has shared an incident that made her end her friendship with a friend of hers.
She explained how they both applied for the same job and when she got it but the friend didn’t, the friend who had prayed and fasted for the position, wondered how she got it when she is not serious with church.
The X user shared her story in response to a tweet that reads: “The pain of watching those who don’t pray succeed Sometimes it’s difficult to understand.”
She responded: “I ended a casual friendship because of this. We applied for this job, we both made it to Partners interview and she fasted that day. I got the job and she didn’t. She made a statement, paraphrased ‘even you that has not been serious with church’…. Mo ni whattttt.”
