Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has taken a subtle swipe at her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, while celebrating the overwhelming love and support she has received from fans and well-wishers amid her recent family drama.
Taking to her Instagram page, the light-skinned mother of two shared a heartfelt video expressing her gratitude to the public for standing by her through the turbulent period. In the emotional clip, Regina couldn’t hide her joy as she revealed how deeply moved she was by the outpouring of love and solidarity.
“Do you know it is such a big deal to be loved by a lot of people? Can I brag on that? Can I actually brag that I am loved? I don’t know who to start thanking or where to start. The kind of love I have received this period makes me emotional. I feel good,” she said.
Throwing shade at her estranged husband, Regina Daniels taunted Ned Nwoko, saying, “Jokes on you, Ned, because you thought people would hate me. I bet if you people see this video, you’ll say I am unserious, but I am very unserious. I am actually very unserious because I have my mothers, fathers, uncles, sisters, friends, fans, online aunties and daddies doing the fight for me while I enjoy.”
The actress also celebrated her brother’s release from police custody, describing it as a major victory. “Type shit, and my brother is out. One battle down. You people mocked me on this internet, but the mockery gave me courage to stand cause I don’t like to be mocked or pitied,” she added.
In another part of her post, Regina Daniels proudly acknowledged her unwavering support system, saying, “Everyone, I swear I’m not using y’all, but the kind pride wey person go get say men mount Dey on another level like type freaking shit!!!”
Since her brother’s release, the actress has been actively expressing appreciation for her fans, friends, and family members who stood by her. Regina noted that their show of love and encouragement proved that she is genuinely loved and supported both online and offline.
In previous posts, she also praised the “mothers and aunties” fighting on her behalf, declaring that she feels blessed to have such a strong network of people who genuinely care for her.
