Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has stirred massive reactions online after boldly speaking about her past marriage to billionaire politician and estranged husband Ned Nwoko, describing their relationship as a blend of “toxic love” and intense attachment.

The movie star, who has dominated headlines in recent weeks, made the revelations while responding to an Instagram user questioning her marital experience.

Regina Daniels explained that despite Ned Nwoko’s polygamous status, he became overly attached to her, forgetting the dynamics of a true polygamous marriage. According to her, she often had to plead with him to divide his time fairly among his other wives because they constantly sought his attention.

In her words:

She wrote:

Regina Daniels also admitted that she once hid under the image of being a “big man’s wife,” but she expressed no shame about how she carried herself. What matters most to her, she noted, is that she never cheated — something she claims Ned Nwoko never accused her of throughout their marriage.
