A fresh development has emerged in the ongoing marital and public controversy between Nigerian senator Ned Nwoko and his estranged wife, Regina Daniels.
A man identified as Chuks Nwoko, who is reportedly the lawmaker’s brother, has stirred massive online reactions after releasing a viral video in which he openly confronted the Delta-born politician.
In the emotional video, Chuks accused Senator Ned Nwoko of bringing shame and disrepute to their family name, stating that the scandals surrounding him are simply “a harvest of everything he planted.”
According to Chuks, he had made several private attempts to reach his brother but was unsuccessful. He said he decided to go public because his silence had become unbearable.
He said:
“You are bringing so much disrepute to the name Nwoko. You may not be ashamed, but we your siblings are ashamed for you.”
Chuks went on to emphasize that the values and morals they were raised with are now completely different from what Ned represents. He described the senator’s public conduct as “far from what we stand for.”
The outspoken brother further accused Ned of betraying those who once supported his political and personal growth.
Chuks alleged:
“You have betrayed and done so much harm to everyone who ever helped you.”
He also referenced their older brother and other family members who, according to him, sacrificed greatly to ensure Ned’s success in life.
In addition, Chuks challenged the senator’s popular claims of being self-made, insisting that many people know the true story of how he started and those who financed his education.
The viral video has since generated mixed reactions online, as social media users shared their thoughts on the explosive family revelation.
