Nollywood actress and entrepreneur Lizzy Anjorin has once again captured public attention after announcing a major academic milestone.
The controversial film star revealed she has earned her second doctorate degree, an honour she described as a powerful reminder of how far she has come and how unshakeable her determination remains.
Sharing a celebratory photo of herself clutching the prestigious document, Lizzy disclosed that she was conferred with a Doctorate in Business Administration. According to her, this achievement represents more than a certificate—it is proof that her journey from hardship to prominence is nothing short of divine transformation.
Reflecting deeply on her humble beginnings, the actress recounted how she rose from what she called the “trenches of Lagos,” equipped with nothing but “faith, fire, and focus.” She noted that many doubted her potential, but she had only one response: “Watch me.” Today, she says those same critics are witnessing her success while “swallowing every word they ever spat.”
Reaffirming her new status, Lizzy insisted that the public must now address her accordingly. In her words:
“Call me what you want, but from today, you WILL address me properly: Dr. (Chief) Mrs Ololajulo Elizabeth Anjorin-Lawal. Two doctorates. One name. Zero duplicates.”
She went on to narrate her rise from despair to distinction:
“From sleeping under the bridge to walking across the stage in academic glory — this is what grace, grind, and God looks like.”
She further emphasized the magnitude of her journey by declaring:
“I didn’t just break the ceiling, I built a whole university on top of it.”
Lizzy concluded by calling on her loyal supporters, the Lizzy Warriors, encouraging them to take her story as proof that anyone’s destiny can change regardless of their beginnings.
“This one loud gan!” she added.
