Jane from Kiambu county Painfully narrated how her husband raped and impregnated her firstborn daughter after she fell sick and got admitted to hospital for 3 months.
She was born and brought up in Kiambu. Her mother died when she was in class 2. After completing her primary education she met a man who asked for her hand in marriage.She got married and gave birth to 2 children. Her husband later died after a short illness. Her Inlaws Kicked her out. She later met a man after 3 years when she was working in a hotel.
Her husband was a truck driver who agreed to marry her and love her children. After two years she Conceived a child with him. Unfortunately, when she was 6 months pregnant she fell sick and after the diagnosis, it was confirmed that she had anemia
She was admitted to the hospital for 3 months until she gave birth. After she was discharged she noticed her 12 years daughter was not happy and the following day she told her that her father raped her when she was in the hospital. When she asked her husband about it, he denied it.
The following day she reported to the police station. Her daughter was taken to the hospital and it was confirmed that she was 2 months pregnant. The man was later arrested and sent to prison. She has urged men to stop sleeping with the minors because her daughter’s life was affected.
