Abia Police arrest officers caught harassing commuter over multiple phones in viral video

The Abia State Police Command has arrested several officers following a viral video showing the harassment of a commuter in Uturu on Saturday, May 9.

According to a statement by command spokesperson DSP Maureen Chinaka, the officers were filmed intimidating a traveler for possessing three mobile phones and failing to provide proof of ownership for each.
