A video that was posted on the official X account of CHANNELS TV on Friday, May 15, 2026 has captured the moment the National Secretary of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Felix Morka was speaking about the governor of Rivers state, Siminalayi Fubara.
Felix Morka made the statement after he was asked if the All Progressive Congress, APC has an arrangement that the governor of Rivers state won’t be allowed to run for a second term.
In the video that surfaced online, Felix Morka stated that as the spokesperson of the All Progressive Congress, APC, he has not been informed about any arrangement in Rivers state.
According to Felix Morka in the video;
