Popular and talented Nollywood actress Yvonne Jegede, known for the romantic roles she plays in movies, has taken to her official Instagram handle to disclose the only condition under which she will continue to pay her house rent after the recent increment by her landlord.
Yvonne Jegede shared this a few hours ago on her Instagram while reacting to a video showing a landlord attacking his tenant with dangerous dogs for not paying rent on time.
In response to the video, the actress revealed that her landlord recently increased her rent to an unreasonable amount. She humorously added that the only way she would pay the new rent is if she were threatened by a crocodile; otherwise, she wouldn’t comply.
In her post, Yvonne Jegede wrote:
“Now that my landlord has increased my rent, except he threatens me with a crocodile, I won’t pay.” (Translated from pidgin English).
