Nigerian soldiers have tracked and arrested an uber rider down to his house days after he allegedly stole iPhone 16 given to him to deliver to a customer.

 

An X-user @Molayoo_ who shared the story online on Saturday, April 18, said the Uber driver identified as Augustine Adimabua cancelled the ride midway and switched off his phone after he picked up the parcel with the phone inside .

 

She shared screenshots of the messages she sent to Uber complaining about the incident.

In a post shared online this morning, she revealed that some soldiers tracked the Uber rider to his house and apprehended him.

She shared a video online showing the moment the accused was being interrogated.

According to her, the suspect sold the phone for N400,000.
