A Canada-based Nigerian doctor known as Doctor Zo has ignited widespread discussion online after publicly expressing deep concern over the physical condition of relationship therapist and social media personality Blessing CEO.
The medical practitioner made the remarks during a video message directed at Nigerians, where he insisted that the media figure may genuinely be facing serious health challenges rather than seeking attention online. His comments quickly spread across social media platforms, drawing mixed reactions from supporters, critics, and followers of the controversial relationship expert.
According to Doctor Zo, his years of medical training and experience have equipped him with the ability to notice visible signs of illness simply by observing a person’s appearance and body language.
While speaking in the emotional video, he stated that what he noticed about Blessing CEO gave him genuine cause for concern.
“I’m making this video about Blessing CEO to tell Nigerians that she’s actually sick and not pretending,” he said.
The doctor went further to explain that he has spent over three decades in the medical profession, making him confident in his observations. He stressed that after many years of working around patients and studying different health conditions, certain physical symptoms become difficult to ignore.
“I entered medical school 36 years ago. I’m at the stage where I can look at someone and know they are not feeling fine.”
His statement immediately triggered conversations online, with many social media users debating whether his concerns were medically valid or merely speculative. Some Nigerians agreed with his observations, saying they had also noticed changes in the appearance and energy level of the relationship expert in recent times. Others, however, argued that conclusions about someone’s health should not be made publicly without proper medical examination.
Despite the mixed reactions, Doctor Zo maintained that his observations were based on experience and concern rather than criticism. He explained that some of the visible signs displayed by Blessing CEO reminded him of individuals undergoing serious medical treatment.
“Her symptoms show signs similar to someone undergoing chemotherap unless she has gone through the best makeup transformation in Nigeria.”
His comments have continued to generate intense engagement online, especially among fans and followers of the media personality.
Several people called for compassion instead of mockery, while others urged Nigerians not to spread assumptions about anyone’s medical condition without confirmation.
Doctor Zo concluded his message with an appeal to those within her inner circle, urging them to pay closer attention to her wellbeing and provide support if necessary.
“Those close to her should please check on her and pray for her.”
As discussions continue across social media, many Nigerians remain divided over the doctor’s remarks, while others see the conversation as a call for empathy toward public figures who may silently be dealing with personal struggles away from the cameras.
