“Go And Meet Peter Obi For A Job – OPM Founder Steps In After Woman Was Sacked For Attending Rally

In a recent post by Chibuzor Gift Chinyere on Facebook, a young woman from Rivers State, of Ogoni origin, has recounted a life-changing experience after allegedly losing her job for attending a political rally during her off day.

According to her account, she was dismissed after her employer discovered she had attended a rally for Peter Obi in Port Harcourt and shared it online, she explained that she was not on duty at the time.

However, when she resumed work the next day, her boss reportedly questioned her decision.

After she clarified it was her off day, he allegedly dismissed her immediately and told her, “Peter Obi should give her a job.”

Her emotional story went viral on social media, drawing the attention of Chibuzor Gift Chinyere, the founder of Omega Power Ministry.

Reacting to the incident, he said, “I hate it so much when the rich intimidate the poor,” condemning the alleged treatment she received.

He further revealed that an investigation was carried out through his team to confirm the claims, which were found to be true.

The woman disclosed she had been earning just ₦18,000 monthly, a figure he described as unfair.

Determined to support her, he offered her immediate employment at OPM’s printing press.

Concerned about her future, he asked why she was not in school, she explained that her family could not afford university education and her salary was insufficient to fund it.

She also maintained she had vowed never to engage in immoral means to survive.

In response, the OPM founder placed her on a full scholarship, she later passed her exams and gained admission to study Accounting at Ignatius Ajuru University.
